Local fix

Problem summary

• A recent Oracle change to the class
  com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.security.algorithms.implementati
  ons.SignatureECDSA
  deleted the SignatureECDSA.convertASN1toXMLDSIG(byte<OSB><CSB>
  sig) method upon which the DOMSignatureMethod class of the
  XMLDSigRI provider was dependent.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DOMSignatureMethod class of the XMLDSigRI provider was
  updated to use an alternative
  SignatureECDSA.convertASN1toXMLDSIG( ) method signature.
  The jar affected by this issue is ibmxmldsigprovider.jar.
  The associated Hursley RTC Problem Report is 146328.
  The associated Austin Git issue is Issue#10 for XMLDSigRI.
  JVMs affected include: Java 8.0.
  The fix was delivered for Java 8.0 sr7.
  The build level of the ibmxmldsigprovider.jar delivered for Java
  8.0 is build-27.
