Local fix

• If the jexec service needs to be started while installing an
  rpm, then user has to create /etc/init.d before installing the
  rpm package type.
  

Problem summary

• RPM uninstallation on RHEL 9 version throws "not a directory rm:
  cannot remove '/etc/init.d/jexec?"
  

Problem conclusion

• init.d isn't available in RHEL 9 and later by default. RPM will
  install and start jexec service only when /etc/init.d is present
  on the system.
