Local fix

Problem summary

• In the OpenJ9 JVM's internal hashtable code a check is performed
  twice, between which a new entry can be added by another thread,
  resulting in the wrong entry (in this case a class) being
  returned.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM is updated to perform the check only once. Further
