Problem summary

• When using the Elliptic Curve algorithm, attempting to print the
  curve name with the available methods it is not printing the
  curve name.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBMJCE, IBMJCEPlus and IBMJCEPlusFIPS was updated to fix the
  issue.
  A fix is made to: ibmjceprovider.jar and
  ibmjceplus.jar(fips140-2 and fips140-3)
