  Observed a delay of 15 seconds or more even when the reply for
  LDAP requests reached earlier
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The thread waiting for the LDAP reply checks the availability of
  reply before taking the lock of LDAP request object. Hence,
  there can be a delay of specific time (15 seconds by default)
  for processing the LDAP request if the reply just arrives and
  writing to the buffer when the availability check happens.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to check the availability of reply
  after taking the lock of LDAP request to ensure the latest
  reply is processed before going to wait state.
