Local fix

Problem summary

• Redundant induction variable elimination optimization is
  dependent on induction variable analysis. For a certain hot
  loop, IV analysis failed to return a primary induction variable.
  Idiom Recognition's pattern match failed as a result and we
  produced sub-optimal code.
  

Problem conclusion

• JIT has been modified to fix the above issue. The problem was
  introduced in Java 8 GA and has been fixed in Java 8 SR2.
