Problem summary

• Comparing DH keys generated from the IBMJCE provider would
  sometimes indicate that the keys were not equal when they
  contained the same key value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The equals(..) and hashCode() methods for "DH" private/public
  keys from the IBMJCE provider were enhanced to only utilize the
  relevant key material of the key.
