Local fix

Problem summary

• PKCS12 not presented in KeyStore type listing in Java 8, because
  the name is listed as an alias. Only proper names, not aliases,
  are not returned in the listing.
  

Problem conclusion

• A separate key store type entry has been added to the IBMJCE
  provider list to give the PKCS12 key store type a proper name,
  and not an alias. PKCS12 is now returned in the listing of
  IBMJCE key store types.
