  This occurs when any class in the java.lang.invoke package
  attempts to create a java.lang.MethodHandles$Lookup object for
  use in an invokedynamic instruction
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The JVM was too restrictive in the access rights allowed to
  Lookup objects created for invokedynamic instructions from
  methods in the java.lang.invoke package.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to allow invokedynamic instructions in
  the the java.lang.invoke package to have the same visibility as
  other bytecodes in the same classfile.
