Local fix

• -Xjit:disableEscapeAnalysis
  

Problem summary

• When the JIT compiler is using the Escape Analysis optimization
  to stack allocate objects, it potentially may not allocate them
  according to the required alignment when using a heap larger
  than 32GB.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JIT compiler has been updated to enforce proper alignment
  for object allocation regardless of the heap size.
