Local fix

• The workaround is to use -Xint. However, doing so will severely
  degrade performance.
  

Problem summary

• When using JSR292, the JVM could crash while performing some
  work related to the java/lang/invoke/MutableCallSite class due
  to a lack of synchronization. However, this is very rare and has
  only been seen in internal testing. Additionally this problem
  only exists in Java 7.1 and newer.
  

Problem conclusion

• Proper synchronization has been added to the JVM.
