Problem conclusion

• Set system property com.ibm.jsse2.overrideDefaulTLS
  com.ibm.jsse2.overrideDefaultTLS = true <PIPE> false
   default - false alias TLS on SSLContext will mean TLSv1
  will be enabled only
   true - alias TLS on SSLContext will enable TLS 1.0, TLS
  1.1 and TLS 1.2 - equivalent to Oracle
  The associated RTC PR is 111839
  The associated Austin CMVC defect is 117271
  JVMs affected : Java 8.0
  The fix was delivered for Java 8.0 SR3 FP10
  The affected jar is "ibmjsseprovider2.jar".
