Local fix

• This issue can be worked around with
  -Xjit:disableCodeCacheReclamation . Note however that this may
  result in a performance degradation since it will limit the
  number of methods that can be compiled by the JIT.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is due to a JVM internal inconsistent state during
  Code Cache Reclamation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to prevent the crash by maintaining a
  consistent internal state during Code Cache Reclamation.
