Problem conclusion

• Updated the CCacheInputStream, FileCredentialsCache, and
  KrbDataInputStream classes to recognize a corrupted credentials
  cache file, and exit gracefully.

  JVMs affected : Java 8, only (due to significant differences in
  the affected classes for Java 6 & 7, which prohibit porting)
