  the Java process to exit when WAS is shutdown.

Local fix

Problem summary

• The servants were not getting unexported when WAS was shutdown,
  causing the ORB Keep Alive thread to be active which prevented
  the Java process to exit.
  

Problem conclusion

• The task of unexporting the servants lies with the application,
  however in case where that fails the ORB will explicitly
  unexport any application/WAS exported servants at shutdown.
