Problem summary
JZOS allows only dataset names in default codepage, IBM-1047.
Problem conclusion
JZOS file management classes have been updated to accept dataset names in any code pages as supported by z/OS system services. The updated classes include ZFile, RecordReader, RecordWriter, FileFactory, PdsDirectory, and AccessMethodServices. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR5 FP22 (8.0.5.22) . Contact your IBM Product's Service Team for these Service Refreshes and Fix Packs.
