Local fix

• Not passing Xcheck:jni argument to JVM
  

Problem summary

• In this instance an incorrect address was being passed to
  ReleasePrimitiveArrayCritical causing both the (intended)
  storage to not be released and the reported JNI Error output.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue has been corrected and this
  ReleasePrimitiveArrayCritical call now releases the (intended)
  storage and the JNI Error message isn't output.

  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
   11 15 (11.0.15.0)
