Problem summary
Using the "DESedeTR31KeyWrap" cipher that is included in the IBMJCECCA provider, unwrapping a TR-31 key block with the NoCvKEK option does not actually return a NoCvKEK key.
Problem conclusion
The IBMJCECCA provider has been updated to prevent unwrapping a TR-31 key block with the NoCvKEK option. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 7 R1 SR3 FP50 (7.1.3.50) 8 SR3 FP10 (8.0.3.10) . Contact your IBM Product's Service Team for these Service Refreshes and Fix Packs.
