SE77814: RDI 9.6.0.11 NullPointerException when Toggle Memory Mode is enabled in the Monitors View while debugging

Error description

• When debugging with Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.11 a
  java.lang.NullPointerException may be seen if "Toggle Memory
  Mode" is enabled in the Monitors view. When this occurs
  the following messages will be found in the workspace Error Log:
  java.lang.NullPointerException
  at
  com.ibm.debug.pdt.internal.ui.views.MonitorRenderingViewPane.add
  MemoryRendering(MonitorRenderingViewPane.java:66)

Problem conclusion
