Abstract
The Index Advice processing and maintenance of QSYS2/SYSIXADV has been changed to more efficiently process instances of index advice.

After this change, SQE will slightly delay (~ 1-2 minutes) the writing of individual instances index advice. During this short delay, SQE will combine matching instances of index advice, which greatly reduces the traffic to the Database Server jobs. From a user perspective, the index advice detail itself is unchanged.
Anyone consuming index advice should understand that while the index advice contents are unchanged, there may be a small delay before the advice is written to the SYSIXADV file.
