New QAQQINI control PARALLEL_MIN_TIME

Abstract

The SQL Query Engine (SQE) is enhanced to be a better fit for the intended use of query parallelism.
By default, SQE will avoid using parallelism for queries that complete processing within 60 seconds. If the query execution continues beyond 60 seconds, SQE might replace the current plan with a parallel query implementation.
The PARALLEL_MIN_TIME QAQQINI control provides Db2 for i users to adjust the 60 second control higher or lower.
