Solid, micro-crystalline aggregate of this complex rare earth silicate; 4 x 3.2 x 2.7 cm; Since this piece is a solid chunk I was able to obtain a specific gravity of 4.47 and it registered 275 CPM on a Radalert 100 digital Geiger counter. Collected by Philip Persson.

I bought this from Michael Shannon in 2021. My Si-PIN XRF shows it is rich in LREEs, Fe, Sr, and Y with some Th and U to make it radioactive.
