Sheila Watson is Deputy Director of the FIA Foundation, with lead responsibility for its Environment, Equity and Research programs. 

Her previous roles have included economic research, consultancy and political strategy, with over 10 years as a Senior Special Adviser to the UK Government. She has an honours degree in Economics, Politics & Philosophy from Oxford University and an Msc in Economics from the University of London.
