per-attachment blending now works on WebGL2 via the `OES_draw_buffers_indexed` extension (with `EXT_draw_buffers_indexed` as a fallback). `CommandStream.SetBlendState` previously threw `[WebGL] no support for per-attachment blending` whenever any MRT setup had differing per-attachment blend modes — now it dispatches to indexed entry points (`enableiOES` / `disableiOES` / `blendFuncSeparateiOES` / `blendEquationSeparateiOES`) through small EM_ASM wrappers in `Native/WebGL.c`. If the extension is missing the backend logs a warning and falls back to the default mode for all attachments instead of crashing.
exposed `DeviceFeatures.PerAttachmentBlending : bool` (set by detecting the extension at device init and verifying the JS extension object can actually be acquired) and printed it in the device-info dump.
