OpenPV – Ahsoka.Extensions.PowerVision

Ahsoka.Extensions.PowerVision provides a set of Ahsoka services designed to interface with PowerView (PowerVision) displays.

This package includes the PowerVisionConduit service, which exposes the PowerVision Protocol Buffer Conduit API for seamless communication and integration.

Changes for Version 5.1

  • Add support for GetFile, CancelGetFile and SendEvent messages
  • GetFile is asynchronous and completion is notified by GetFileCompleteNotification with GetFileCompleteResult payload
  • GetFile progress is also notified by StatusNotification, same as for LoadFirmware
  • GetFile messages are controlled via GetFileArgs
  • GetFileArgs has an optional DownloadPath string that specifies a full path for the file download
  • If the DownloadPath is null or empty, the completion payload will return the file data as a byte array
  • GetFile may optionally return compressed data
  • Renamed LoadFirmwareStatusNotification to StatusNotification since it applies to LoadFirmware and the new GetFile message
  • Simplified GetDeviceInfoArgs and LoadFirmware messages; they no longer contain a ConnectionInfo message but DeviceAddress directly
  • You no longer need to save off the DeviceInfoResult; the service does this for you now, so you no longer pass it to the client calls GetVariables() and GetStrings()
  • Some of the names in the console demo have been shortened
