What can this NuGet package do?

This NuGet package provides the server-side SDK for the Biss Messaging system. It enables backend services to send push notifications through multiple platforms (Firebase, WNS), manage message persistence, and handle messaging workflows. The package includes a RESTful API controller and notification sender implementations for Firebase and Windows Notification Service (WNS).

The package provides the MessagingController for RESTful API endpoints and notification sender implementations.
