Blip.Starter.Common.Env

This library contains a simple class Environment to be able to configure the environment of your application.

This class holds the following information and can be used by other libraries to configure themselves:

  • HostServiceName - the application name. Examples: msging-server for the Iris Server application.
    • When using Kubernetes, this will likely be the name of the deployment.
  • ReleaseNumber - the version of the application or the release version, depending of the deployment system you use.
  • ClusterName - the cluster name where the application is running.
