Trying to bring some of the features of Enterprise 3rd-party WPF controls to Avalonia's vanilla TreeDataGrid.

Package is in its very early stages. I have no idea how this project will be affected once Avalonia releases their Avalonia Accelerate offering since that will change the license for TreeDataGrid
