Winium.Cruciatus

This is fork of 2gis Cruciatus project. The goal of this fork is to actualize project to current state of .NET world, extend and support, because parent project is not updated since 2015 and it has huge amount of open issues, bugs and improvements found or suggested by community. Hope, that together we'll bring it back to life.
