Sidub Platform — Storage

Defines the foundational storage abstractions for the Sidub Platform: queries, commands, handlers, and connectors. Establishes the CQRS-style pattern that all storage providers (HTTP, Gremlin, MySQL) implement through the handler dispatch mechanism.
