Vintasoft.Imaging.Dicom.UI.dll is assembly of VintaSoft DICOM .NET Plug-in and it contains classes for working with DICOM files in WinForms.

VintaSoft DICOM .NET Plug-in is the add-on for VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK, which allows to decode DICOM images in .NET.
