Webflow integration guide

You can set up Olark with one of the most customizable site builders on the market. Add Olark to your Webflow site by following the simple steps below. 

Note: You must have a paid Webflow account to use this integration.

Install steps

First, log in to Olark. Go to Settings > Chat Widget. Copy your Olark installation code.

Next, sign in to your Webflow dashboard. Click on the desired website project. Then, click in the upper left corner on Project Settings.

Click on the Custom Code tab. 

Find the Footer Code box and insert your Olark code into it, which adds the snippet before the closing body tag.    

Save and publish your site.

You’re all set! If the chatbox does not appear immediately, try refreshing your website.
