When you register for a free Omnis Studio Community Edition you can choose from data access modules to a MS Express or a PostgreSQL or a SQLite database.
If you need to access a different database with your app later, if your company or a customer decides to use a different database at some point – you could apply for a different Community Edition version that provides access to this database. In this case you can simply use the form below, enter your current Community Edition serial number which includes the data access module you are currently using, and select the database you want to access instead. You will then receive a new Omnis Studio serial number that provides access to the requested database.
