Can I cancel my package?
For Limited Time Lux Exclusive packages and Luxury Escapes Tours, cancel 14 days before check-in for a full refund within 7 days. To cancel, go to "My Escapes", select "Manage Booking", and click "Cancel Booking". Luxury Escapes credit or cash back. Refunds to the card process within 1-3 business days.
Can I use multiple payment methods for my Luxury Escapes booking?
Yes, you can combine Frequent Flyer points, Store Credit, promo codes, gift cards, and credit cards for your booking. However, split payments between multiple credit cards are not supported online.
