Shopping with Sephora is simple. Log on to Sephora. ph or the Sephora Mobile App, add items to your cart, review your items, apply any applicable promo codes, and click on 'Secure Checkout'. Fill in your shipping details, select your payment option, and click 'Place Order'. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Can changes be made to or cancel my order once it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, further changes like shipping method upgrades or quantity adjustments are not possible. Sephora is not responsible for replacements or refunds for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided. It's recommended to review your bag and shipping details before checkout.
What are the delivery options and costs?
Free standard delivery is offered for orders ₱2400 and above, with a 5-7 business day delivery timeframe. Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST to qualify for this service. Fees may apply for orders below ₱2400 after discounts are applied. Delays may occur during sales or holidays. Deliveries are made on weekdays only, excluding Philippines Public Holidays.
What happens if my payment fails?
