The GNOME Web "Epiphany" web browser is making it easier to toggle WebKit web engine features at run-time.

GNOME Web has rolled out a preferences page making it easy to toggle WebKit features. This is enabled by default for GNOME Web Tech Preview builds while under normal releases will be hidden by default unless toggling a gsettings key.

A variety of WebKit features can now be easily toggled for web developers using this web browser or others just working to debug behavior.

More details on this new preferences area via This Week in GNOME. This week also saw a new release of the Phosh Wayland shell and other app enhancements.
