Kdenlive as the KDE-aligned non-linear open-source video editing application is out with its newest feature release.

Kdenlive 24.08 delivers on improvements to the user interface, performance improvements around sequence playback and timeline preview rendering, improved handling of transcoding with large amounts of clips, VA-API transcode profiles, GPU transcode fixes for NVIDIA, added timestamps to undo commands, and a number of other smaller enhancements throughout this popular open-source video editor. There are also a number of bug fixes.
