OMAP DRM Gaining Atomic Mode-Setting For Linux 4.2
For those still running a Panda Board or other Texas Instruments OMAP hardware, the OMAP DRM is getting a big update finally. The OMAP DRM driver has been rewritten to use atomic mode-setting and the resulting code of this big rewriter is a much cleaner and more maintainable driver code-base.

This big driver rewrite can be found via this Git merge into DRM-Next. The whole DRM subsystem updates for Linux 4.2 should be quite thrilling and will be tested at Phoronix and on LinuxBenchmarking.com once the Linux 4.1 kernel is out this weekend and the 4.2 merge window opens.
