The Academy Software Foundation's OpenColorIO "OCIO" project as a color management solution for motion picture production and related uses has added support for the Vulkan API.

OpenColorIO originated as a project made open-source by Sony Pictures Imageworks and has continued as an open-source effort now led by Autodesk and the Academy Software Foundation.

With the OpenColorIO 2.5 release there is now support for the Vulkan API, a hue curve transform option, ACES 2 configurations, and new color space attributes for better interoperability.
