The Radeon cards pulled out an upset in the HITMAN Linux game port (sadly no Hitman 2 natively for Linux) thanks to the mature RadeonSI driver that's been relentlessly optimized by Marek and other open-source AMD developers.
RadeonSI was also putting up a good fight with Mad Max on OpenGL.
Metro: Last Light Redux is one of the OpenGL Linux games showing the RadeonSI driver isn't done being optimized yet.
The RADV Radeon Vulkan driver also has room for improvement.
