With BioShock Infinite at 4K, the GTX TITAN X couldn't even reach a 60 FPS average under Ubuntu Linux, so it will be interesting to see if that changes for the GTX 1080.
Compared to Kepler, the Maxwell GPUs already deliver significant gains in performance-per-Watt while Pascal should take these numbers one step further.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive can still be run at 4K with the higher-end NVIDIA cards with ease, but the performance-per-Watt is what we love seeing the most:
