Overclocking, The Natural Way
The actual testing and overclocking took place in a garage with its door wedged open. The system itself was running in the garage eliminating the need to duct the cold air. This event was so spur of the moment that the monitor used (a degrading 17" Samtron) was setting atop a milk carton while the system itself had rested upon a Craftsman toolbox.
Likewise, this was also an informal overclocking exercise as we had not the time to properly setup everything along with temperature sensors and accurate stability testing. However, we do have plenty of thoughts to share from what we had gathered today.
