Mesa 20.3 + Linux 5.9 Is In Great Shape Against AMDVLK, AMDGPU-PRO

F1 2017 as the last Linux-native release ported by Feral Interactive it had hangs with AMDGPU-PRO but did run fine with AMDVLK. However, using Mesa RADV was faster.
For HITMAN that is native to Linux and rendered using OpenGL, Mesa was faster than AMDGPU-PRO OpenGL.
