The EPYC 7401P also does very well with the common OpenSSL performance.
The few workloads where the EPYC isn't winning by a long shot is with PostgreSQL and Java, due to Intel's greater IPC performance, but will be interesting to see how the second-generation EPYC server processors will compete.
