Power Determinism Mode Still Proves Beneficial For AMD EPYC 9005 Performance

The power determinism mode option has been of interest to HPC customers and it's not hard to see why with some added performance uplift at the cost of slightly higher power use.

Across most tested workloads there was at least some benefit to the power determinism mode on both the EPYC 9655 and EPYC 9755 Turin processors.
