Intel's OSPRay Studio is performing well on the AMD EPYC 9005 series with the 512-bit data path for AVX-512 usage.
👁 Y-Cruncher benchmark with settings of Pi Digits To Calculate: 5B. AVX-512 512b DP was the fastest.
The Y-Cruncher Pi benchmark also showed the benefits of the FP512 mode used by default on AMD EPYC Zen 5 processors.
Having the 512-bit data path for AVX-512 certainly helps with increasing the performance of the AMD EPYC 9005 series compared to the still-great EPYC 9004 series performance.
