The AOCC 4.0 built benchmarks were racking up many wins on this AMD 4th Gen EPYC server while using the same CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS under both GCC and AOCC.
With Intel's oneDNN neural network library there were some staggering improvements when built with AOCC 4.0 compared to GCC 12.
