AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X / 3960X Linux Benchmarks

Overall, I was very impressed by the performance out of the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X and 3970X. Besides beating out the Core i9 10980XE Cascade Lake X-Series CPU most of the time, the 3960X/3970X delivered a substantial upgrade over the previous-generation 2970WX/2990WX processors.
