Counter-Strike: Global Offensive should be very playable with the Radeon RX 460 if just running at 1080p or 1440p while the RX 470 Sapphire Nitro+ can handle CS:GO 4K with ease.
The RX 460 performance-per-Watt in CS:GO is on par with the GTX 950 and GTX 960.
The Dota 2 Vulkan renderer results will be interesting when testing with the AMDGPU-PRO driver. At least with Dota 2 on OpenGL the RX 460 could perform better than the R7 260X.
