AMD Ryzen 7 1800X vs. Intel Core i7 7700K Linux Gaming Performance
Dota 2 with its OpenGL renderer at 1080p was much slower than the less expensive Core i7 7700K.
The Vulkan performance of Dota 2 in this configuration was extremely weak... Which is strange but is reproducible with our benchmarking software with each of those tests being run 3+ times and even with the second run later on when using the performance governor remained much lower than Intel.
At least the Dota 2 OpenGL 4K results were more competitive.
But the Vulkan run for Dota 2 on Ryzen at 4K was still rather troubling...
